An Engaged Search is for top priority searches. An engagement fee is paid at the beginning of the search to ensure top priority is given to the search for 21 days. This fee is typically 15-25% of the total expected fee and is deducted from the full fee when a placement is made. If no placement is made, the fee is non-refundable.
Engaged searches are best utilized for top priority, urgent searches.
An engaged search begins with an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager. An exploration of the ideal employee is vetted - level of education, personality, background and experience.
