Sales Representative/Account Manager – Flooring+Siding+Windows Manufacturers

We are currently engaged by a growing marketing company to find a Account Manager to call on manufacturers to sell their products and services. Our client is a marketing company that helps their customers win the moment by helping them promote their brand and acting as an extension of their customers' marketing department.
We are looking for someone with the following experience or knowledge:
Consultative sales approach. This is not selling from a catalog. It’s working closely with your customers to understand their pain points and offer creative marketing solutions.
Strong Sales mentality. Understanding how to approach a market segment, create a target list, and consistently execute.
Past success in a business development or outside sales role that involved a consultative approach, creating custom solutions, and above average project management skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of building material products and industry.
Exceptionally strong experience with Excel is required. You need to understand how to use Pivot Tables.
The qualified person will have demonstrated the ability to:
Drive new customers and increase penetration of existing customers.
Managing their time and schedule effectively.
Relentless attention to detail with excellent follow up skills.
